Our Mennonite friends supply us with the best egg laying chickens. In keeping with our efforts to limit waste, and climate conscious practices, our chickens have a feed program that is supplemented with brewers grain and restaurant scraps. This allows us to supply about 35 dozen eggs a week to a local Vermont restaurant. Some of our neighbors also buy our farm fresh eggs and have so for many years. Every by product, including chicken manure, at our farm is composted and used to enrich the soil of our hop yard.
